Twice I was not in their system: When I called for service after having vehicle looked @ w/o an appt & needing to come back for service/diagnostic; & when I showed up for scheduled service even though service after having vehicle looked @ w/o an appt & needing to come back for service/diagnostic; & when I showed up for scheduled service even though I received two texts & a personal phone call of service reminder. Even though they were short staffed due to staff out w/ flu & knowing I would have to wait probably all afternoon based on service needed, they took care of servicing my vehicle within 3 hrs. Showed me pictures of what they found, & was covered under warranty which I was very happy about. Waiting room areas are nice. Staff assisted with whatever needs were. I'll be back when service needed again. More
