I scheduled an 80,000-mile service plus an inspection of the gas tank, which wouldn't open. I booked a 7:30 a.m. appointment. I dropped off the car at 7:30 a.m. When I contacted the service representative the gas tank, which wouldn't open. I booked a 7:30 a.m. appointment. I dropped off the car at 7:30 a.m. When I contacted the service representative at 1 p.m. to ask for an update, he wrote: "Your vehicle is taking longer than expected. I will update you when I have more information." When I contacted him again at 3:30 p.m., he wrote: "They have not pulled your vehicle into the shop yet." I called, and the service representative said that the policy was that "waiters" moved to the front of the line. The service manager said it wasn't a policy, but because my gas tank door inspection was needed, then that "would take a certified VW technician, the person who normally does the oil change could not do the service.” When asked who would handle the 80,000-mile service, the manager continued to speak only of an oil change. (The 80,000-mile service includes more than an oil change!) When I asked when the service section might get around to servicing my car, the manager said, "Maybe tomorrow." I have been going to Browns VW service for about 20 years. Since it became Safford, the service has been inconsistent and abysmal, if you can get it. More
Absolutely Amazing from start to finish! On Sunday 3/8/26 I called and inquired about a Kia Telluride about 30 minutes before closing and was told I would receive a follow up call on Monday On Sunday 3/8/26 I called and inquired about a Kia Telluride about 30 minutes before closing and was told I would receive a follow up call on Monday morning 3/9/26. Not only did I receive that call but Johnathan was very thorough and was able to get me approved over the phone before I even got off from work with all of the final numbers. The dealership was about an hour drive for me and upon my arrival I was greeted by Kevin who was just as Amazing as Johnathan. I was surprised and amazed that all of the paperwork was ready for me to sign. It was such an Awesome experience and everything was smooth from beginning to end even with the finance person. I could go on and on about my experience because I am just that pleased. I will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone I know. Although I worked specifically with Kevin and Johnathan I am 100% sure that all staff members are just as Amazing! Shop Safford VW Richmond I promise you won’t be disappointed! More

Waiting area was comfortable, hot chocolate was good, service writer was very good, had a coupon for oil change and tire rotation, only received oil change, dont know why. With coupon it was 130.54 which was 115 dollars off . So it would have been 245 dollars for an oil change on a 4 cylinder car. Thats outrageous for an oil change ! Just saying More
