I went online to schedule a 90k mile service. The website listed the total cost to be under $500. When I got there, the same service was $1500. When I asked about this, the service rep said, "Oh The website listed the total cost to be under $500. When I got there, the same service was $1500. When I asked about this, the service rep said, "Oh yeah, our website has been wrong for YEARS." He did not try to make it right or even consider reducing my cost due to the discrepancy. Instead, he expectantly looked at me and a just waited for me to pay him. When I pushed back, he provided a list of service options so I could pick "what I wanted." To reach a cost under my expected $500, I was only able to select a few of the options despite the website's indication that all of them should be included. Not professional. Not customer oriented. Not right. I am very disappointed and would not recommend the Brown's service department in the future. More

This concerns the service department only. i took my VW for 100,000 mile service and inspection i bought my car and had it serviced here for 10 years. this time i was told my brakes pads an i took my VW for 100,000 mile service and inspection i bought my car and had it serviced here for 10 years. this time i was told my brakes pads and rotors needed changed they were within 1% good enough to pass inspection but needed taken care of. I chose not to and took to my local mechanic. Not only were my pads at 50% the rotors were good ! whoever is running the service department should be ashamed i will never be back !! More
Horrible place with very bad service. They sold me a Tesla with illegal tint, I went back to them to get and inspection and Don in service actually said I am the one who put the tint on. This guy is so bad I even showed him a photo when I purchased the car and the tint is apparent with the sales person even in the photo and the date and he still denied it. Be very careful there was also a problem with the trunk lid that causes the power in the license plate to not work. They offered no solution and I am stuck with a car I can't drive that I paid $50k for. More

It has taken them forever to provide the title to the car! Been without the title for 2 months! This is a TERRIBLE dealership! STAY AWAY FROM THIS TERRIBLY RAN PLACE, UNLESS YOU HAVE AN UNLIMITED AMOUNT OF MONEY TO SPEND! This place is a complete rip off!!!!! More
