I purchased it online from VW and was able to ship it to your dealer for free, when I called for the appointment we were able to work with our schedule. I had to reschedule and that was not problem at all. The actual appointment was great as well and it was right on schedule with no delays. Although we live 1.5 hours away I will continue to have the services to all 3 of our VWs at Browns. Thank you More
