Traveling through Vegas in my Class B RV and had to fly back East for a few weeks. I thought I'd get a 50,000 mile service done while I was gone and Sahara was accommodating enough to allow me to keep the back East for a few weeks. I thought I'd get a 50,000 mile service done while I was gone and Sahara was accommodating enough to allow me to keep the RV there while I was back East. Service agent Sean was very personable but I did not elect to do all the 50,000 mile service items he proposed - only oil change and tire rotation (as I recall, less than $200). He also talked me into changing the cabin air filter. I do not recall the estimate for this but am confident it was not the $300 they tried to charge me upon my return. I also asked them to look into the back up camera that had been acting up. Sean told me back cameras are seldom repaired, only replaced but they could look to see if there was an easy repair such as a loose wire. At no time did he mention a $240 diagnostic fee. Needless to say, I was disappointed at an $800+ bill for what I thought was, essentially, an oil change and air filter. The most frustrating charge on my bill was $40 for "Diesel Engine Performance Restoration Service. The engine is not a diesel. More

The sensor says its overheating, but them goes right back down again, so its simply a sensor malfunction. We were told at home this is the case. We have had a new thermostat, rad and lines installed this year. Anyways, we brought it in, explained it at length, and he pulled it is as 'vehicle overheating'. We explained AGAIN It is NOT overheating, the sensor is broken or its the lines. They kept it for 2 days, told us we needed a 15k repair on the engine, and charged us $250 for the inconvenience. Brought it to an independent the next day, the fixed the lines for $300. How can 2 shops run the same computerized 'tests' and it comes up as exactly as what we said it was at one place, and the other is a 15K engine repair? I appreciate the cool $250 you lifted out of my pocket for this though, totally fair. If you could not fix it, just say so. No ones paying a 15K engine repair on a 9k car and they know it. Looks like I'm just another customer in the long list of people they screwed over according to these reviews. AVOID. More
I bought a car in September here and noticed when I got home the MOON roof over didn't close. No biggie my sales person said they would repair it with the chip that was already in the windshield, a broken home the MOON roof over didn't close. No biggie my sales person said they would repair it with the chip that was already in the windshield, a broken front camera, and the seat belt that wouldn't buckle..... well when i brought it in they only did the camera and seat belt and told me to come back for the rest on another day because the windshield guy wasn't there and they needed a piece for the moon roof........ fast forward to beginning of December when i got scheduled for service both the service advisor and sales person were no longer there and they didn't put it on file so they wouldn't be fixing it.... as aggravating as that is whatever....i left it there to get the windshield done and when I picked it up the SUN ROOF now didn't close and the broken piece was lying on the cup holders!!!!! When i called and told them they broke it the disregarded me and refused to do anything saying they didn't open it or do anything with it....however if it was already broken how would it be closed when i dripped it off and why wouldn't I say anything. Also, the service adviser Christian that I worked with this time and the supervisor Jared. We're both extremely rude and condescending. I will never do anything at this dealership again. I will take my warranty and do all repairs elsewhere. And I will never send anyone here to purchase a vehicle. They are rude and unprofessional. More

Sales was wonderful but I've had to bring my brand new ram 1500 into service 3 times with only 7k miles and the 3rd time they kept my truck for 5 days and said they couldn't find anything wrong with my tr ram 1500 into service 3 times with only 7k miles and the 3rd time they kept my truck for 5 days and said they couldn't find anything wrong with my truck after putting 2 quarts of oil into the truck after an 800 mile trip. I'll be taking my truck to a different dealership who doesn't make me feel like I'm lying to them More
We bought a car the end of February. They promised to get the back seat head rest because they couldn’t find it. We left thinking they were honest. Still nothing after 5 months. Claimed it was on its way. Then claimed it was sitting on the desk and they’d send it right away. It was just a lie. More
