Terrible Terrible Experience I still cannot believe how I was treated here yesterday. I knew better than to come here to buy a car, and I was completely lied to and convinced to c I still cannot believe how I was treated here yesterday. I spoke with them 5 times yesterday, 5 TIMES, and told them repeatedly how much down payment I had, gave them all my personal information, my income, my proof of residence, everything approved. Made the appointment to come in, pay the down, and finalize the purchase..... NOPE, as soon as I get there, it's OH WE NEED MORE DOWN PAYMENT.. after speaking with the sales rep who says I was approved with THAT down payment amount, the mananger who said I was approved with THAT down payment amount, and the office girl who called me and said I was approved with THAT down payment.... not anymore, now they want 4 times the amount for a down payment, with no reasoning behind the change, OH YOUR APPROVED, but only if you give us more money. I said we spoke repeatedly about this, you said my down payment was no problem you said you absolutely can work with it and I was approved, please go onto our website and look at this Dodge Journey, your already approved for it...... ALL LIES, just blatten trickery to get you to come down to there car lot and they try to force you to give them more money, he said - WELL CAN'T YOU JUST BORROW IT FROM SOMEONE? Really??? I spoke with them 5 times, I asked them repeatedly if everything was approved, told them please do not waste your time or mine, don't lie to me and think you can just force me into giving you more money just because you know I desperately need a car. Customer service and Fee Issues Customer Service after sale and fees Weird Fees that was not like Carmax. Karr Alarm(~$800) (which I'm glad I was able to convince them to take of Customer Service after sale and fees Weird Fees that was not like Carmax. Karr Alarm(~$800) (which I'm glad I was able to convince them to take off during the purchase), it took some work though. Document fee of $487, data dot fee $188.50. FYI. If you look up karr alarm on the internet you will see lots of people saying its a scam charge. They also sell their warranty and maintenance program like it's theirs. It's not cause I asked about it when I tried to take it back and they said they didn't have anything to do with it and I have to figure that out on my own. I'm sure they are great if you don't have any issues(like all car salesman). But as far as after purchase customer service, they don't care too much. They got their money. Dont let them convince you they are like them. I should not have left Caxmax across the street. Unfortunately I had decided that I no longer wanted the car although there was nothing wrong with it anymore. I just simply wasn't using it as much as I thought. It had a few issues they didn't catch before putting it on the lot, they fixed them during the first 2 weeks. When I took it back to see what they would do for me as far as taking it back they dropped it $3500 for them to "buy" it back from me, it was 25 days old with 500 extra miles and it wasnt new when I bought it from them. I already knew I was probably going to eat the fees and taxes, but for them to drop the price that much on top was a stab. they also had a completely different person come to me instead of the people that were working with me, so much for the customer service they talked about.. They also sell you the warranty like its theirs, its not. They told me the service package, etc that I bought wasnt them and I would have to work that out with the company they sold through. Effectively me losing approx $7000 if I sold it back to them with their $3500 price reduction. BTW. The warranty was $2000 and the service agreement was $450. Sales tax which I understand the cant absorb is $1100. I thought they would make me eat their fees above, sales tax and maybe help me with cancelling the services. They just didnt care at all that I made a choice to not want it. More

Will never go back!! We got what felt like the hustle! they were working with on us on a nice little car, got the run around of how much down we needed but signed the pap We got what felt like the hustle! they were working with on us on a nice little car, got the run around of how much down we needed but signed the paper work and headed home. 2 weeks into having the car we get a phone all saying they cant get us approved, that we needed to come up with more down...our down went from $300 to needing $3000 down ( Are you kidding me). The Sales man felt fake and money hungry...even showed us what he would be making off the deal. when we were still going round and round on what he needed to keep the car, all he kept saying is 'how hard he working for us" even told me " What your really going to xxxxx at me for giving you a free 2 week rental"!! I was in tears and very up set....DONT GO HERE!! safe yourself the xxxx they put us through.. We ended up Returning that used car and moving on... found A great BRAND NEW CAR at Mitsubishi of Las Vegas and the Staff was AMAZING!!! Save yourself the time and the $$$ go see Lou, First at Mitsubishi in Las Vegas... We will never go back and will never send family or friends to this dealership! More

The Worst Buying Experience Of My Life It was horrible. I ordered a truck. Since the salesman was more interested in signing on the bottom line than getting me the truck I really wanted, It was horrible. I ordered a truck. Since the salesman was more interested in signing on the bottom line than getting me the truck I really wanted, I spent $50,000 on a truck with a hard plastic armrest the hurts my elbow when I drive the truck for any distance. They added extra stuff without getting my permission to the point that I paid more than than the suggested retail price for the truck. I would never do business with them again and have urged anyone that would listen not to do business with them. Everyone from sales to parts and service (there was a part missing on my truck that I am still waiting for them to send me) did not follow through with what they said they would do. Everyone. There were a couple of items that I wanted on the truck that they were supposed to include in the order. When the truck arrived, those items were missing. They asked to pay the retail price for parts and labor to install the items they didn't order. I will never do business with them ever again. More
