I'll never go to another dealership! I had gone to 5 other dealerships, the same day, before coming to Sahara Chrysler, and was ready to give up. I didn't know what I wanted, I just knew I had gone to 5 other dealerships, the same day, before coming to Sahara Chrysler, and was ready to give up. I didn't know what I wanted, I just knew that I wanted to sit in a whole bunch of cars and see which felt "right". At the other dealers, I was brushed off, sent to sit in the showroom vehicles, and told "this car looks great on you" and then when saying I felt like it was too small, "yeah, it looked too small for you." But this all changed when I walked into Sahara Chrysler. Kai walked up to us and was so patient with me. I told him my needs and he listened. He allowed me to sit in the cars that I wanted to and answered all of my questions. It was the best car buying experience that I have ever had. I came back a second day, and he worked with me to get me in the right car. My husband and I decided that we will never go to another dealership again. Thank you, Kai and Sahara Chrysler for making what is normally a dreaded task, painless and fun! More

Brought 2016 Jeep Cherokee back to service to add trailering w Very good sales and trade deal but follow up on items by service dept failed miserably. Brought 2016 Jeep Cherokee back to service to add trailering wiring. Drove two hours to have at dealership at 7 am. Then they didn't get done until 5:30 in afternoon. But kicker was they were to remove instabrake towing brake from my old car so I could have installed in Jeep. They only removed they control part and left rest in old car which had left the dealership when I returned. Cost me $538 to buy replacement parts that they kept. Service dept attitude was oh well. Never going back to this place More
