Saint J Subaru exceeded all my expectations I contacted three Subaru dealers regarding purchasing a new 2020 Outback and I have bought a new Subaru from two dealers previously. I needed to buy a I contacted three Subaru dealers regarding purchasing a new 2020 Outback and I have bought a new Subaru from two dealers previously. I needed to buy an in-stock vehicle off the lot and to begin with Saint J had the most complete and diverse inventory by far of any dealer in Vermont. I was then put in touch with Saint J through the Costco car buying program and I followed up with Saint J with that program. I had a great phone conversation with Eugene Darling who offered me a sample price on a car I was interested in, and Eugene encouraged me to visit the dealership. (I live an hour and a half away.) My wife and I made the trip a couple of days later and we received a warm welcome from manager John Martin, who introduced me to Matt Robinson, the sales representative who worked with us. Matt was just fantastic to work with -- super friendly, authentic, and low pressure -- and a great listener. He was truly focused on our needs throughout the buying process. We had a chance to check out three particular cars of interest, took a test drive, and moved forward with a specific quote on one of them. I had also contacted another dealership in Vermont and received another quote from them. Over the course of several days our priorities changed and we upgraded to a car with an additional package and options. While both dealers ultimately provided similar quotes on similar cars we ultimately chose to purchase from Saint J mainly because of the outstanding "above and beyond" communication and consideration provided to us by Matt at Saint J. In the end, it was an easy decision to work with Saint J. We are absolutely thrilled with our new Outback and we will definitely be back in touch with Saint J Subaru when it comes time to replace our 2016 Impreza in a few years. Saint J gets my very highest recommendation. More
