Due to some great year-end deals, I did decide to purchase. As a first time buyer, the staff helped walk me through options and were patient with my inexperience. They showed me options, allowed multiple test drives and helped me organize the best deal for my finances. The only note I would have is that it was a very long process. Car buying is very overwhelming and it may have been nice to take a break at some point in the process, just to take a little mental break and possibly grab something to eat. Otherwise, everyone was very helpful and kind. Will definitely consider Crispin when buying my next vehicle and will recommend it to friends. More

What impressed us was how friendly and professional the employees were. They went way beyond what we expected to make us feel at home and to help us with our purchase. A lady named Summer helped us with the paperwork and did a fantastic job. A salesperson named Omar Hazimi proved to be one of the warmest ,friendliest ,and most personable people we've meet in a long time.
