They buffed out some scratches on a leased truck that I turned in, free of charge, and before any inspector looked it over. I thought I found some damage to the mirror's paint on my new truck after I took it home. Turned out to be something on the surface that was removed, but they were prepared to repair/replace the mirror if it was actually damaged. Customer satisfaction seemed to be everyone's first priority. I highly recommend Mike Herman if you need a salesman. He's a nice guy, easy-going, and easy to work with. More
