Staff who weren't even working with us directly made sure my dad had coffee and my 7 year-old daughter had suckers! Jamie Lavery was incredibly kind and personable as she pulled the pieces of the puzzle together for us -- which was great because there are a lot more pieces than I remembered! Staff even stayed well beyond closing time to make sure we were able to take our car home. My children are even more delighted with our 2017 Traverse than I am -- which is saying a lot because I love it!
