Wonderful Experience Searching For Perfect Pre-Owned Vehicle My husband and I had to find a new car after ours was totaled in an accident and we had a few specific requirements that our next vehicle had to have. My husband and I had to find a new car after ours was totaled in an accident and we had a few specific requirements that our next vehicle had to have. We originally met with Steve Bloxam after coming out to the Saline lot "just to look", and he was remarkably helpful in giving us a wealth of knowledge about different models, what to look for in buying a pre-owned vehicle, and even gave us honest feedback about other cars we were looking at. Almost all the people we had talked to previously at other lots kept telling us "you don't need an AWD vehicle" in order to get us something quicker. Steve told us if was something we wanted, to keep looking for it, and the safety of our little one was of importance to him as well if he was going to sell us a car. Steve was patient and kept us in the loop when new cars were traded in to see if we were interested and was persistent in searching for what we wanted. Eventually one came in a few weeks later that we test drove before it was detailed because it fit the bill for exactly what we were looking for. It indeed was the perfect vehicle and Steve was very pleasant to work with to figure out paperwork and set up On-Star and XMRadio. His professional and positive demeanor was greatly appreciated and he even entertained my daughter in the backseat during our test drives so that we could focus on the vehicle. (& I have to mention how well they did with removing the glitter in the center console!) After visiting and talking with many salesmen and women at various lots, Steve was by far the person we most preferred and we are so happy with our new-to-us vehicle. We will be recommending him as long as he is in the business and plan on getting any future vehicles through him! More
