Fantastic Experience I have been bringing my 2002 Pontiac to Bill Crispin Chevrolet since 2008. All of the employees are friendly and courteous, even the ones who don’t ha I have been bringing my 2002 Pontiac to Bill Crispin Chevrolet since 2008. All of the employees are friendly and courteous, even the ones who don’t have direct contact with me. The service advisors all greet me by name and the others always say “hello”. So when I made the decision to purchase a new vehicle, I came to them. I was undecided between an Equinox or an Impala, so I test drove both. Mike could not have been more helpful. He put me at ease, listened, was informative about the new (to me) accessories/technology and made sure I knew all my options. I felt under no pressure to choose or purchase, even when I stated I needed a day or two to decide. Once I made my choice, Mike made the process seamless and uncomplicated. He even introduced me to everyone I would have contact with during/after the purchase. Mike also encouraged me to contact him at any time if I had any questions at all. While Mike was rounding up some paperwork; Bill Crispin stopped by, introduced himself, sat down and had a conversation with me (not about cars or buying one!). It was like catching up with a relative, he is a nice, very down-to-earth, “regular” guy. In this era of cold, impersonal big-box retailers, it was a pleasure to deal with such a welcoming, family-run business. I cannot recommend Bill Crispin Chevrolet highly enough, whether you need service or if you’re in the market for a car. More

Colorado Search Have been looking for a Chevy Colorado to buy. Searched for the specific color, style, package etc. and up came Bill Crispin Chevrolet in Saline. Within in 5 minutes I received a phone call, it was Rolondo from Bill Crispin asking about my inquiry. After getting more details, he put forth a good offer. We decided to take a look, drove down, met Alden, who was amazing! Alden answered all of our questions, put a deal together, added a few extras that we wanted and sold us a truck. Everyone at this dealership, was friendly, professional, and interested in us as a future Chevy owner. I felt like part of their family when everything was done! We received a friendly greeting as we walking in. Josh went over our financing with us, and made sure we had the best interest rate. Dick showed us many of the options/features, helped us sync up our Bluetooth, start up our wifi, and OnStar before we drove off. Neither of us remember having that kind of personal attention and we have purchased more than several new Cars and Trucks over the years. This Dealership so far has been the Friendliest! We may just make it back up this way in the someday in the future when it's time to buy another Truck or Car. More
