Amazingly Awesome We went to Bill Crispen chev dealership shopping for a new Camaro. To make a long story short We went to different dealerships Lunghammer said they we We went to Bill Crispen chev dealership shopping for a new Camaro. To make a long story short We went to different dealerships Lunghammer said they were going to order it as a stock car because they like the way that we put the colors together. We were not comfortable with that dealership so we went to Bill Crispin Chevrolet they were very kind and considerate and they allowed us to order our car with all the options we wanted to go on it and said it will be ready in 4 to 6 weeks. However after about six weeks we called to see what happen with the car and were told that our car wasn't built but a stock car that was similar was for another dealership it was built over ours. So we were very upset and they were they are even more upset for us they acted as if it was their car that was not built which made us feel even better. Debbie Crispin did a search and found the car that was similar to the one we had ordered went and got the car and had it there for us the next day there were some things that had to be added to the car which were taken care of by by the Crispin dealership. They went above and beyond with the GM rep to give us additional assistance to make up for the inconvenience of our car not being built for the Crispin dealership. Shirley Cofield went above and beyond trying to get us any incentives that she could from the GM rep or anywhere she could the experience with her was most awesome just awesome awesome awesome couldn't ask for a better experience buying our car. Our sales person Megan was also great and the owner Debbie Crispin was also just awesome! Even with the The inconvenience of having to get us the car and add onto it for the experience was just awesome I would recommend Shirley Cofield and the staff of Bill Crispen to everyone. Shirley however sealed the deal any and everything was just awesome we picked up our car and there were some things that we forgot to pick up and she was willing to come all the way from Saline mi to meet us in Detroit to bring them to us that was just so wonderful. He was extremely professional, never pushy, and worked the numbers around to meet the financial goal we were working toward. My husband left with his vehicle and is very pleased with it so far. Another salesman, never got his name, also happily got on the floor and helped our son with a puzzle while we were busy negotiating and signing. Overall, phenomenal experience.
