Everytime I enter this dealership, I am treated like a queen. I'm a female and mostly when I enter dealerships, I am overlooked. When I enter here, I am treated like a first class customer. Everyone from sales to service treats me the same. It's a nice feeling. I don't even look at any other brands than Chevy anymore because I don't want to deal with anyone other than those at Crispin. I get a big bang for my buck too. I tell them what I want, that's what I get, no trying to talk me up to a higher price bracket (which I HATE). No haggling over the prices - I tell them what I can afford - thats what they put me in. Debbie Crispin follows through on everything that she says she will. I don't know how that woman has the strengh to keep up with all of it. They are GREAT PEOPLE over there!!!! More

We were in the market for a new Traverse and had a very bad experience at another local Chevy dealer. We decided to try one more time and went in to Bill Crispin. They were INCREDIBLE! We had preapproved financing, but the rate wasn't what we were originally quoted. Heather worked hard and found us financing at what we thought we were getting with our preapproval. They gave us a good deal on our trade in vehicle. Al found us a vehicle with the options we wanted, and we actually ended up getting a Traverse with more options that we had originally planned. No high pressure sales at all. Everyone we came across in the dealership was just exceptional. We've had the car for 2 days and I haven't stopped smiling since. (I was even excited to go to work because it meant I could drive my new car!) We will definately go there for all vehicle service and when it's time to trade it in, we'll be back! More

My wife and were doing a drive by heading south on highway 12 antique shoping for the day. I wanted to drive through and see what was on the lot. And there it was the truck of all trucks 3500 Crew Cab highway 12 antique shoping for the day. I wanted to drive through and see what was on the lot. And there it was the truck of all trucks 3500 Crew Cab 4WDw/DRW. Next thing I know we were out for a test drive. My wife loved the truck. We pull a 36 ft 5th wheelcamper. The sales dept. and all staff did every thing in there power to get me changed from the old truck and into the new truck. My job has me traveling and the back seat and bed were full of tools and living equiptment. Then even had a local truck acc. shop over and had a new bed cover installed the very next morning. I have never made a purchase from this dealer before and had never heard of them . We were given 110% service and friendship. I still recieve phone calls from the sales man asking if every thing is still ok. I like the follow up on the purchase that they do. We live 283 miles away from the dealership. While in the area for the next 3 month's the truck will be back for any service work that I need to have done. Because I know that the truck and myself will be well care for. You get the feeling that you are the only one who matters and that continues through the buying process, service process, or even if you just stop by to see what is new. The service department is top notch. Shelly always makes sure you area well taken care of. They are quick, but thorough. Very dependable and prices for repair are pretty reasonable. On some things you get choices of low, mid, ot high for replacement parts. i apprecaiate being part of that decision making process. Debbie Crispin is phenomenal! She always takes the time to work with me when I purchase vehicles. She has a great personality and is extremely knowledgeable of all aspects of vehicles. I have bought many cars and it is usually a process I do not look forward to. For the first time, I can honestly say I will go back to Crispin for my next car. Not only did I love my new Camaro, I have never had such an easy and pleasant experience. There was no pressure at all and Debbie and the others really made me feel like it was important to them that I was happy in every way with the transaction. I was treated by this dealership in the same manner a concierge at a 5 star hotel would treat me. Kudos to Debbie and her team for finally figuring out how to sell cars in a stress free environment and getting customers to come back....
