They bait-and-switch. I wanted a used car, and had one already lined up to look at. I barely go a chance to look at the car, before I was hounded by a salesman. The salesman hardly let me talk, and constantly interrupted me. When I asked about the price of the car, and the price they claim to offer, I was belittled. The used car should go for more then they are asking. And they absolutely cannot lower the price at all. A week later the price dropped below the "unnegotiable" price. Avoid at all costs. More

Called the dealership to get them to fix this, spoke with Ann (service manager) she called me a lair that were was an issue with the gas tank caused by the install of the stereo/amp system. Nothing "they" can do and then hung up on me. Called back several times and all they would do is pickup the phone and hang up on me. This dealerhsip`does not care about customers and the service department is pathetic. Appointments are a couple of weeks out and they treat you as though you are the least important person on the planet. service department is pathetic. I have started taking my outlander to another Mitsubishi dealer and they are way better. Avoid this dealership. More
This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a car dealership. I went in to ask about a promotional mailer and the salesman I worked with was incredibly rude. I mentioned that I wasn’t fully in the ma dealership. I went in to ask about a promotional mailer and the salesman I worked with was incredibly rude. I mentioned that I wasn’t fully in the market for a new vehicle and he asked if I was poor and homeless. Additionally, he was extremely condescending and aggressive to the point that he said I should’ve brought my dad and stormed off after refusing to answer a question I had. I’ll never return to this dealership and the visit ruined my day. He also lied directly to my face saying he had a car to show me after admitted multiple times earlier that he didn’t know what cars were on the lot. More
