I just wanted to reach out and apologize for the issues on this service visit. We should have had this resolved in a more timely manner. A lot has gone on since this review was written and we appreciate you giving us the opportunity to make this situation right and repair your car. Throughout the repair process Ivy and Mike kept me informed of the status and once we did keep the car overnight and were able to start the car first thing in the morning we were able to duplicate the concern. It turned out to be a manifold leak and fortunately we were able to cover that under the manufactures warranty and provide a loaner car while it was being fixed. I again apologize for the initial issues getting this resolved but again I thank you for giving us the opportunity to make it right. Thanks, Steve Salvadore
