Great Buying Experience I found a pre-owned vehicle on the SBH website and called the next day. I was paired with Robert H. He clearly explained some things to me about the car, let me test drive it and gave me all the figures I needed! I really felt Justin was upfront, honest, and didn't pressure me in anyway!! I liked that and drove away with the car! Thanks Justin!! Also had an issue with cleaning the seats but Justin sent his "detail" man to check it out. I showed him the spots and he took the car back and got them out. I did not get his name, but he was also very courteous and helpful! I owned a Honda Civic and this is my second one! I am so thankful I did because Kieth (The gentleman that assisted me) was so kind, understanding, easy to work with, and didn't sit around feeding me a bunch of crap. It was the first time I ever had an enjoyable car buying experience and didn't have to stress. I even had my two children ages 8 and 10 with me! Whether I chose to buy a Honda or not a Honda I would still go back to Kieth and see if he could find me what I wanted. So over all as a woman toting around her two children trying to purchase a car my experience with Sam Boswell Honda was fantastic! More
