At first I was not going to purchase because she didn't return my call the first day. Then when she called the next day, it was well worth my while. I was looking all over Birmingham for a price that I could work within the budget that I wanted. When she needed, she referred to her supervisor for further assistance. If I ever buy another Honda, Boswell Honda will be my first call because of their willingness to assist. I am loyal to those that are willing to work with me and because they were willing, they will have first priority for future dealing with me even though it is a 3 and 1/2 hour drive for me. I just wish they had a shirt with Honda and the dealership name so that I could flaunt it to the dealer that I had problems with. So if there is a shirt available after reading my review, please provide because it is good advertisement for happy customers. More

Carrie Williams and Matthew Gasko are the best employees at any service department that I have visited. They are professional and courtious. Every thing they did that day was with friendleyness and not only did I get great service, they also washed my CRV. Believe me I will keep using there service department. More

We located a used 2011 Nissan Rogue through AutoTrader at Sam Boswell Honda. The quality and number of pictures provided allowed us to make an informed decision before traveling the 130 miles to take a test Sam Boswell Honda. After shopping around Alabama and Florida, I started asking questions about Sam Boswell. I found many folks have had great buying and service experiences with Sam Boswell Honda since Oneal Boswell took over managing the dealership in 2008. My experience was the very best car buying processes I have ever had in 20 years of buying vehicles. None of the games, just up front, honest and sincere people. I had been to two other dealerships, a Honda and a Mazda dealer outside of Enterprise, and I was appalled at how people will take advantage of someone like me with a brain injury. Sam Boswell Honda didn't try to take advantage of me and in fact, went out of their way and stayed way past closing time answering all of my questions and then, stayed open even later so my wife could get there and make sure I had done all the research properly. She and I were both amazed to see how honest, tremendously reasonable and fair the folks at this dealer are. Now that a month has passed, I do not find myself with buyers remorse. If you need a good dealership that treats you with respect, is disabled friendly and is military friendly, look no further. More
