I took my Ford Expedition in for a transmission issue. I had made an appointment for a Monday three weeks earlier. They had my truck for three weeks!! When it was repaired, by the warranty, I came to get I had made an appointment for a Monday three weeks earlier. They had my truck for three weeks!! Communication was terrible, the appointment was just to park my truck in the lot because it was not looked at for four day, and I wasn’t given a rental car for 7 days. I will never be back. More
