I do not recommend to buy any vehicle from Sam Leman Morton, IL as they don’t care about customer needs. All they want is just sell their cars. Spent numerous amount of time looking at the right car for us and finally found a brand new dodge hornet, specially without front bracket plate mounted to the bumper. We are relocating to other state where the front plate isn’t required and this particular car looks nicer without the front plate. To install the front plate it requires to drill holes in the bumper. I mentioned that we want a brand new vehicle without a front plate bracket several times. We agreed at the price and setup an appointment with salesman Alec. He knew about our needs as I mentioned it to him several times. On the appointment day to make sure before our 2 hours trip I messaged him to check about our agreement and he responded back that someone drilled holes to the bumper and installed the front plate.. I was shocked. We spent so much time to talking about it and finally they did opposite. They don’t listen to their customers and don’t care about your needs. Don't spend your time with Sam Leman Morton. Go to other dealer. More

They are sneaky sales representatives and service advisors, service tells me word for word out of multiple of their mouths that if I brought my own tires in they would install them for me due to them advisors, service tells me word for word out of multiple of their mouths that if I brought my own tires in they would install them for me due to them not even being able to get my size(this was told to me multiple times within 2 months and I’ve gotten an oil change and got told the same exact thing!!! get the tires and everything I need and the ASSISTANT MANANGER wants to he completely xxxxxxx use language he shouldn’t even be using at work especially as an assistant but your hiding behind a phone acting all tuff won’t talk all that to my face🤡 but aye I guess your an assistant for a reason you don’t do your job good enough or respect your customers to be any higher let along assistant, you need to go back to training with your clueless disrespectful xxx self!!! Yall nothing but bad for business, overcharge, don’t even do your simple jobs your hired to do, and lie straight to the customers face. Go ahead and hide behind those phones like yall good at. they don’t check and run their cars through an inspection before selling you anything, and hide all the little things you wouldn’t see at a first inspection, I purchased a 2019 dodge charger R/T had a bent rim which cost me $2,000, wrong fluids were put in my car and they failed to inspect the car and make sure right fluid was in, cost me another $250, all just a run for the money in your pockets don’t really care about helping the customers. Then let’s talk about my new 2020 scat pack charger they did the same thing, didn’t check or replace fluids, left my coolant almost empty Won’t be bringing anymore of my business back nothing but lies scams and people half xxx thier jobs and get away with it. Beware out of state buyers. I had questions after purchase. I called with no answers, I emailed and after several attempts my email came back rejected, I was blocked. I was owed $60 for funds they were supposed to pay and I was trying to collect. I tried to get in touch with my sales person and finance And neither one returned my call. I already paid too much in interest rate, that was my fault but the car had everything I wanted in a vehicle. I drove almost 3 hours to pick it up and they won’t pay what they owe me?? Then block me from email and don’t take my call?? POOR VERY POOR More
I bought a new 2019 RAM truck. Not a pleasant experience. The ONLY service work was when the 'check engine' light came on. It cost me $180 for them to tell me what was wrong and over $1800 of parts and labor and it still wasn't fixed. They had to call the manufacturer who suggested they check they wiring. The service dept. found some corroded wires which they cleaned up and the truck was fine. I still had to pay the $1980 for parts that it doesn't appear that it needed. I will never do business with thi dealership again. More
