About a year ago I purchased a 2021 Wrangler from Doc. I was very happy with his service and professionalism. Just recently I went to my local Jeep dealership to inquire about upgrading my headlights to L I was very happy with his service and professionalism. Just recently I went to my local Jeep dealership to inquire about upgrading my headlights to LED. Initially I was blown off and had to track someone down for answers. I was told they couldn't do it and was told that no one has ever inquired about such an upgrade. I decided to reach out to Doc and he went above and beyond to get me the answers I needed! He hooked me up with Erica from parts and she killed it! I went up to see her and she ordered the lights right then. She initially told me it would be a few weeks but as I was leaving the parking lot she was chasing me down to tell me she found some up north and would have them within a couple days. Awesome! from there I was contacted by Lisa in service. She set the appointment up and took care of me from there. She called and text me while the install was ongoing. The service department killed the install and needless to say, i love the new lights! I have purchased several vehicles from my local Jeep dealer but am now a committed customer of Sam Leman! I had a engine replaced by this dealer 6/7 mos ago. ..It has been in my local twice since then...the first issue was that I could smell anti freeze every time I stopped my car...the dealer near me found ..It has been in my local twice since then...the first issue was that I could smell anti freeze every time I stopped my car...the dealer near me found out that clamps we either never put on or fell off etc...I had to pay $185 diagnostic fee at my local dealer for them to find this error and this dealer only offered to pay half of the diagnostic fee...now my ac is not blowing cold(supposedly it should have been drained when they did the motor and refilled)...this dealer has to charge it with a special dye to see if there is any leaks because they don't know(they didnt see any issues)...another $600 costs...Let's see if they are willing to step up and reimburse me in full for this bill. I also have a crack in a pvc pipe which caused a vacuum leak which is why my check engine light came on. If the dealer chooses not reimburse me my next step will be the BBB and anyone else that will listen to me!!!! Eric Cawton? has spoken to me and offered to reimburse me for my expenditures because their was nothing noted in their paperwork that they had refilled my a/c unit after they replaced the engine as it should have been done. More
Chekhouna Thiam is a person with a lot of integrity. we meet outside of his business. His vehicle door got caught by the wind causeding a very noticeable dent in my wife’s new car. to frame this correctly meet outside of his business. I really appreciate the honesty. though I did not purchase a car from him or his dealership I feel that he is a person with high character. he set up an appointment with the repair person and paid for the repair. and my wife could not be more happy with Carmedic for the repair they did. thank you Chekhouna Thiam for being the person that you are. Took my Ram in to have an issue looked at for road noise. I worked with Jordan in service, he was great! Was very attentive to my issue and did a test drive with me to make sure he was aware of the issue per I worked with Jordan in service, he was great! SERVICE TECH LIES ABOUT REPAIRS, SABOTAGES VEHICLE EQUIPMENT This place will rip you off. Took my Jeep Wrangler in for A/C heater diagnosis. Immediately I was told by one Svc Advisor that they've been really slo This place will rip you off. Took my Jeep Wrangler in for A/C heater diagnosis. Immediately I was told by one Svc Advisor that they've been really slow, no business and that it was a bad time for business. I've had A/C issues before & diagnosis if quick. After more than 2 hrs, seeing all other customers with more work done yet leaving, I asked again, what's taking so long. Advisor took me to Carl (Tech) & showed me a $1,500 quote. Not 1 thing had to do with my issue. Tech mentioned oil leakage from oil pan gasket from bad work at the Jeep dealership in Ponitac, IL, which I knew of. Then he said I have to have water pump replaced because it 'seems loose'. He also said there's oil leakage but he doesn't know where. He showed me the dirt around my engine before telling me all my coolant is missing & I obviously have a leak. Knowing I had full coolant & no issues just the day before & morning of (I checked my coolant when I checked windshield fluid) the day I took it in, I asked him why there was a mess all over my coolant cap. Tech said he must've spilled a little when checking the coolant level. I asked why he didn't just look at the reservoir & he had no answer. That's when I looked & it was gone. Very little sat at the bottom of overflow reservoir. I knew then that the crook drained my coolant. I asked if he did the diagnosis on the A/C Heater, the only reason I brought it in & he said he would do the diagnosis after I have all the other work done bcuz it may 'fix' the heater problem! LOL I left, paid nothing & will not pay anything bcuz he did not even do the diagnosis. I even told him to fill my coolant back up (I knew he'd drained it when he made a mess) but he did not. It was clear that he was just trying to make some quick cash. I was also told by a Svc Advisor that the tech get commission. I would bet $ that so many people are having some water pump issues & strange leakage problems these days although things just evaporate into the air. This guy is a crook & cannot be trusted. Too bad, because there are 2 Svc Advisors that are decent & honest & tell me when somebody lies to me. Skip this place unless you want to have work done that you don't need. More

As a customer who has stopped into the adjacent BMW dealer over the years, and whose service department was closed, I wasn't sure what would happen. After some diagnosis, the matter was handled and wife sent on her way. This reassured me as I was quite a distance away and wasn't available to help. Thanks for a job well done! More

When I picked up vehicle, the key fob did not have the side door and tailgate feature. Jared said he was not sure what happened. When I asked when we could rectify this situation he said he would have to look into it. He would call me sometime next week. The issue for me is his poor demeanor and tone. I would expect him to apologize and say that they would work to get this fixed ASAP. Instead, he said he is used to these type of mistakes after working there for 6 months and that he does not know how all of these errors occur. This is not the first time that I have had to take my vehicle back for the same repair more than once. The sales team is good and I agree with the comments posted for them but the service dept is terrible and I have had terrible customer service since the beginning. This is the last straw for me and I will never buy from any Sam Leman or Dodge again after this incident. I would like to add that I have purchased three vans, a truck and jeep from Chrysler. I just received a call earlier in the week asking me to trade in my van which I have done every few years and I cannot wait for them to contact me again to tell them about the experience I had today with the Bloomington Sam Leman. More
