Horrible Service - Untrustworthy and unethical sales team - We purchased a truck recently and paid asking price; however, upon driving it home the TPMS sensors didn’t work and we found scratches all over the - We purchased a truck recently and paid asking price; however, upon driving it home the TPMS sensors didn’t work and we found scratches all over the passenger side of the vehicle. We called and they agreed to fix the issues, so we drove it over an hour back to the dealership. When we came back to pick it up at the agreed upon time, it wasn’t ready, and we had to drive all the way home again, only to return a couple days later. When my husband called asking for paperwork, Jeff in service thought he’d hung up and proceeded to talk horribly about him as though he was terribly inconvenienced by the simple request. Upon getting the truck back again, the scratches were still there and we’ve just called asking what could be done, and we were told they are now unwilling to fix the issue. This isnt a dealership that operates with integrity and I would strongly recommend going elsewhere to prevent being taken advantage of. As a military family, we will be sure to share our experience with everyone we know to ensure it doesn’t happen to anyone else so unfortunate for Sam Leman, this review will be shared with an entire military community that will no longer be supporting them as a dealership. We had a great experience at Sam’s Leman Toyota! Alfonso met us as we walked in. The dealership was bright, fresh, and so clean. This is the first dealership purchase we had ever made. We thought we Alfonso met us as we walked in. The dealership was bright, fresh, and so clean. This is the first dealership purchase we had ever made. We thought we were going to buy a car. Alfonso suggested a Nissan. After an hour and a half of walking the lot, we changed our minds and decided a small SUV was a better fit for us. Alfonso was patient as he gave us the specs on a Jeep they had just gotten in and he had mentioned upon our arrival. Alfonso had to start the ‘paperwork’ process over again and he did so with a smile. He never once made it seem like an inconvenience. We are thrilled with our new Jeep and appreciate the check in from Alfonso after our purchase as he was unable to be there when we came back to pick up the Jeep. Alfonso kindly called us to let us know Damien would be greeting us to finish our buying experience. Thanks again, Alfonso! We will be seeing you occasionally for our free car washes!
