**Worst service I've ever experienced. ** I purchased a RAV4 because Toyota has a reputation for reliability and quality. After only 40,000 miles, the dealership texted me saying my fron ** I purchased a RAV4 because Toyota has a reputation for reliability and quality. After only 40,000 miles, the dealership texted me saying my front struts needed to be replaced—for **$2,400**. There was no explanation of what was supposedly wrong, just the estimate. When I questioned the price and pointed out that I've never had to replace struts on any vehicle with less than 90,000 miles, the service advisor suddenly said Toyota would cover it as a "one-time customer goodwill" repair. After that, he never called me back. I made multiple attempts to reach him, but none of my calls were returned. Instead of waiting any longer, I inspected the suspension myself and replaced both front sway bar end links. The total cost was **$115**, and the problem is gone. The vehicle is driving great again. Based on my experience, it feels like the dealership either misdiagnosed the problem or tried to sell me an unnecessary repair. Either way, the lack of communication and follow-up was unacceptable. I was ready to purchase a new RAV4 Hybrid, but this experience changed my mind. I've decided to buy my next vehicle from another manufacturer. Sometimes a dealership's service reflects on the brand, and unfortunately, that's exactly what happened here. I'll be sharing my experience with friends, family, and anyone who asks about this dealership. One star is more than this dealership deserves. More

Last weekend I bought Toyota RAV 4 from Sam Leman Toyota in Bloomington. I am from Minnesota and flew to Bloomington just for the CAR. First of all, the car was priced right. I worked with Nicholas Mcneely and have great experience with him. He had knowledge of the car and buying process. Because my purchase was considered out of state, he walked me through the process successfully. I got all required documents ahead of time and the process was smooth.
