Sam Pack's Five Star Ford Lewisville has always given the best customer service to me from the time we purchased my car three years ago to today, but now they are even better. I am very impressed with their best customer service to me from the time we purchased my car three years ago to today, but now they are even better. I am very impressed with their new valet service. I work from home and they picked up my car and delivered back to me same day without disrupting my workday. Pete was my service representative. He not only kept me informed and asked my preference on service options, but went above and beyond when he had to order my replacement tires and get them on and my car back to me same day. He really put out extra effort to get everything coordinated. Very much appreciated!!! Everyone was super great to me, and me being a widow just since Aug. 2021 gave me great comfort and appreciation of them taking such good care of servicing my car and keeping me safe on the road for another year. More
