While the customer service was great, the work itself was terrible. My oil pan bolt was let loose so oil was leaking. I didn't notice until it was all over my driveway and had to add a half quart. To be honest, I would not rate the service with 5 stars. Maybe a 2. I was without my Jeep for 3 weeks and had to pay for a rental because it took so long to be fixed, and when I finally did get it back, the Maybe a 2. I was without my Jeep for 3 weeks and had to pay for a rental because it took so long to be fixed, and when I finally did get it back, there was 94 extra miles on it and it was on empty. Actually empty I had to stop at the gas station down the road from the car lot because there was no gas. Which made me upset because I was told if we didn't fill up our rental, we would get fined, so I spent $22 on gas for one of your vehicles and then had to spend $40 to fill up mine. On top of that, there was mud ALL over my running boards, side of the Jeep, and under the tires like someone had taken it for a joy ride. I was honestly pretty disappointed. I do appreciate it being fixed and running like it's supposed to, but other than that, very disappointing. I have not made a complaint because I am still in shock that this is how I got my vehicle back. More

The service was satisfactory, but Gabby told us that it was suggested that we should change out our rotors and brake pads for 1300. Then on the video of oil change and vehicle inspection the person doing t was suggested that we should change out our rotors and brake pads for 1300. It left a bad taste in my mouth that I was trying to get up charged More
