After initial phone call, the vehicle was ready and waiting for the test drive. We felt we were listened to and heard, and all of our questions were addressed. I called and was transfered to Keilly , I asked for the Name and Number of the General Manager to let him know of the issues im going thru with lower Management after I bought a New truck a week ago. I tried resolving with the sales manager and the finance manger but broken promises and the run around is all I get after the sale was done. Keilly refused to give me the General managers name or contact information. This is exactly the treatment I have recieved after buying a new vehicle 7 days ago. This is the treatment a repeat customer , a repeat Handicapped customer gets. Handshakes and Honesty dont exist at this dealership. Buyers be ware.Mrs. Houstan did contact me to see if the situation could be resolved, im extremely grate to her for explaining certain procedures and atleast trying to resolve the issue i encountered! Finally the issue is resolved 8 daddy's later than promised , a few sorrys and thats all that is done to make up forvthier broken promises, its ashamed anything will be said to close a deal and afterwards the customer is second to new potential customers !I have never experienced this at any other dealership, very sad in this time and day. More
