The first person in sales did not return my calls when told him that i wanted the price on the internet. I had to be persistent to get in touch with his boss who still did not give me the price but was v told him that i wanted the price on the internet. This is my 3rd time coming to this location for an oil change and every time has been an utter disaster. I’m so confused as to why it takes this location 3+ hours to complete an oil change while other sto change and every time has been an utter disaster. I’m so confused as to why it takes this location 3+ hours to complete an oil change while other stores take 15 min. Everyone walks around like they are so busy but in reality nothing is getting done. What is the point in scheduling a appointment when it takes a FULL DAY to change the oil. I am very displeased with this location and quite frankly I’m glad my warranty is up so I never have to come back again. Aubrey was very sweet and helpful and I know it wasn’t her fault but the fact that I received a video from the service team showing me what needed to be fixed proves they are wasting my time by looking for stuff I didn’t ask for. My time just like everyone else’s is very valuable and the service team doesn’t seem to understand that. More
