Poor communication from Mark in the service dept. and I had to call to get a status on my car. The work took 4 days to complete because it was just sitting around waiting on decisions to be made which he d had to call to get a status on my car. The work took 4 days to complete because it was just sitting around waiting on decisions to be made which he didn't call about, AND he argued it was my fault for not giving him a deadline date. The job was not complex and should have taken 1 or 2 days, not 4 (plus weekend). Thankfully the mechanic did good work on the car, and the manager helped too. More

When I came to the dealership the truck has mud on the outside, inside on the drivers side the mechanics did not put any thing on the floor mats. Mud was on the side steps, door sill and all over the floo outside, inside on the drivers side the mechanics did not put any thing on the floor mats.
