I have purchased 4 new cars and trucks between this this dealer and its branch on Kearny Mesa since 2018., so I am a little disappointed to be writing this. I made an appointment a week in advance to bring in my 2018 Dodge Charger in on Friday 7/16/21 for a repeat issue. I dropped it off only to find out, that it will sit over the weekend and only "might" be looked at on Monday. Please tell me I am wrong for being a little disappointed in this? This seems a little curious that I go to the effort of doing this and its a software update on the front end of investigation. Just seems very casual to me to be telling this to a customer regardless of how many cars I have. On the surface this appears to be a lack of my warranty issue being as important as a paying service? I made an appointment and its maybe now going to be looked at on Monday? This is really bad optics to a customer that's purchased so many vehicle's in a short period of time and sends the wrong message of maybe for me to go somewhere else next time? Is warranty work not a priority? I made an appointment well in advance? More

A couple of days after I bought a certified pre-owned vehicle, it started having and poor at customer service and following through on any promises. A couple of days after I bought a certified pre-owned vehicle, it started having problems, and the service light came on. When I came in, they suggested I bring it back at a more convenient time because it was near the end of the day. They did not offer me a service loaner which I should get based on my contract. When I asked, they said, oh yeah, you would typically get one we are out. They did not want to pay for even an uber home because I lived 40 minutes away. The manager who was supposed to be calling me has refused to speak with me about making the situation better. The Uber driver that picked me up said he bought a new vehicle, and he had the same issues with them. There are plenty of options of people who will treat you with respect and honesty. I wouldn't wish them on my worst enemy. More
