This is one of the shadiest dealerships I have ever delt with. I went in for service and decided to up grade my 2018 Wrangler that I purchased at the same dealership to the new 2024 4xe. After going back and forth on the different models and pricing all with the 15,000 miles a year pricing the Sales manager switched it on the last quote. When I was in with finance I mentioned that this was changed. The finance manager said "oh hold on" he got up from his desk and went out to talk to the sales manager about it. Only to come back in and say that it was too late "the deal is done". The dealership was about to close for the night. I felt rushed and that the Sales Manager pulled a fast one. btw this is the third Jeep that I have bought from this dealership. Oh and the service department had over charged me 600 dollars that they later refunded me half. I went in for a simple oil leak the cost me 1600$ to fix. So if you are in the market for a new Jeep do yourself a favor and pick another dealership. One that doesn't do shady deals. More

Worst service I ever had at a dealership. I made an appointment and ask them how long it’ll take for my oil change and tire rotation. They told me my car was already done and I was ready for pick up. I told the person at the counter. How could it be done if it’s still in the same place I parked it, then he said oh my bad they’ll get it right in and should be done another two hours. At this time I was pissed because I told him I had to be somewhere. I had the same issue last time I brought it in for service. I made an appointment and when I came back around two hours later, they still did not touch my vehicle so I had to take it to another dealer . The only reason I went back is because I paid for the oil change and rotation when I bought the vehicle, but I will not be taking my car back there again. More
