Saw a great car for sale but battery didn’t run. Then when it got charged I was able to test drive it within a couple blocks because there was no gas. I still purchased and on day of pickup the battery died again so I had to bus home since they offered to drive but only SF limits or give me some loaner but nothing comparable to the car I bought. They said they’d deliver the next day which they did and then no floor mats on the car I asked for some and they ignored me. Super unprofessional. Liars. Car is great. Dealership itself sucks. I rather buy a BMW at this point. More

Came for two recalls and a minor maintenance service. They couldn't finish one of the recalls because the part broke so they need to re-order it and I need to come back. The other wasn't completed and had I not checked before I left. The update would not have been done and all of that took over five hours. More
