I was kept waiting for nearly an hour to have my car checked in when I had scheduled an appointment. Once I got my appointment, the Lombard street service center was professional and friendly during servicing. I did try calling several times to get an appointment and no one picked up. I had to call the Van Ness location and they transferred my call to Lombard to set up appointment. I did not want to make an appointment on line but wanted to speak to someone. The phone system does not take messages so someone could call you back, that’s my only complaint. More
