I scheduled an A16 maintenance appointment for 8:00 a. m. on Jan 31. I arrived about 10 minutes early and was advised that my car would be ready by 1:00 p.m. because there was something like 13 cars ahead m. on Jan 31. I arrived about 10 minutes early and was advised that my car would be ready by 1:00 p.m. because there was something like 13 cars ahead of me... even though i had an appointment. I decided I didn't want to wait, so I took an Uber home. My car ended up being ready at 10:10. I can wait around for two hours, but not five. I understand part of the service was to check my battery, which is in the trunk. i don't have a lot of things in my trunk, but very little care was given to putting anything back the way it was. Overall, from my smile-less experience with my advisor to my smile-less experience with the young man who fetched my car, I don't think I'll be back. I'll go back to Marin Acura, even though it's a lot farther away. They're a lot more efficient and friendly. More
Excellence customer service. Our service advisor was Brian. Need to work on their speed for oil change, shoulder taken over an hour. Reasonable time is about 30-45 minutes. On 1/30/25 I have traded in my Honda Civic and purchased a new 2024 Acura RDX all in the same day. The whole transaction proceeded very smoothly and was completed within 3-4 hours thanks to efficiency of r a new 2024 Acura RDX all in the same day. Arrived for my appointment early. Nobody in sight to assist with my first time being there. Waited thirty minutes before receiving any attention from a service advisor.
