Always professional however every time I come in for service expecting the cost not to be prohibitive. It seems to always for exceed what I expect. I have gone in for a full diagnostic a couple months prior for a different issue but the tech did not bring up my AC issue. That was very disappointing now that I look back because it was a full inspect prior for a different issue but the tech did not bring up my AC issue. That was very disappointing now that I look back because it was a full inspection and there was a warranty out on the vehicle. I noticed from the very beginning of when I purchased the vehicle, the AC would make a hissing sound whenever it turned on but it would go away shortly after. For this reason, I thought it was normal. However the hissing did not go away this time so I scheduled a diagnostic and it was indeed an issue with the AC relating to the warranty claim. We are at 8 years with this vehicle so if I waited any longer, it was possible the warranty claim wouldn’t have been valid. When we received the warranty post card, we called in for service but was told that there was no work needed. Only if an issue arose but I would’ve been nice if they explained what issue we should look out for. Happy that the repair got done, especially under warranty but extremely disappointed that the tech did not catch it the first time I brought it in and the lack of detail from the warranty call. Also want to note that the tech who helped me this time was Gary Chen and he was extremely helpful and informative. The 5 star is for him and this repair service. More
