I was very disappointed with my experience, and do not plan on returning. When I made my appointment, I was asked if I would like to drop my car off and return later or wait. When I arrived to have my oil changed and tire rotated, I was told to come back in two hours. I told them I was informed that I was to wait, and she said that's fine you can wait but it will take two hours? So I left, went across the street and had my oil changed and tire rotated in 25 minutes. More
