Was a nightmare dealing with Brian Truong. And this location service center. My car was in for an insurance claim. I had stated to them my car was working perfectly fine before. Instead of replacing it and claiming it under insurance he tried to sell me a new battery. I had to end up bringing my car back two days later because it was not fixed. After them taking one full month still to repair it. And when I went back Brian was completely unprofessional, untrustworthy, a liar. Was trying to not take responsibility and change the narrative of why I need to bring my car back. More

This is reflecting my experience at the 9th Avenue location. Recently, I have brought my Hondas to the Van Ness location and they were great. This time however the work being done only took a bit over an hour so I went to a local café and all was fine. The work done was great and Tyrone provided excellent service. Give that man a raise!
