I was promised 1.5 to 2 hours but completed in 5 hours. There was NO update as to when it would be completed. A phone call could have made the difference. I even used the text message for an update. Nothing. I was told there was a new system implementation. If this implementation was causing the delay, be honest and give a realistic exception. Do not let your customer hanging. I appreciate Honda SF picking up the bill for the service as a service recovery (THANK YOU!) BUT the 5 hours wait was ridiculous. I could have done other things aside from waiting.
