My recent experience with San Francisco Honda's service department was excellent. I can not thank them enough. Especially Eric Tom. He was also the person who continued to be in contact with me throughout the day, and made my entire experience very pleasant - even though no one expects. car repairs to actually be "pleasant", lol.
