Service was for a fuel pump recall. Vehicle smelled like gasoline when it was returned to me. Had to drive with all windows and sunroof open and added 2 air fresheners. Long wait time, even with appointment. I asked to check tire because it’s been low pressure everyday even when I put air. They just rotated it and didn’t even check. One area for improvement: please make sure the coffee machines work and are stocked with brew. Both machines, including the one in service area as well as the main lounge, did not work the entire morning and there was only tea available. Otherwise a nice experience. More
