Byron Wong greeted me with a smile when I walked in the door. He showed me the sale price of the new 2010 Corolla (though I was asking about a certified used one), and then lowered the asking price witho door. I had already spoken to 2 other dealers recommended by friends and I was never called back. I asked about the Toyota recalls and Byron explained that these problems had been corrected, which I guess they had since I don't hear anything in the news any more. Byron was extremely patient and accommodating and seems to take his job very seriously. He told me to call any time (though I will try not to do this). He walked me to Donald Hong, who explained the additional warranties to me very patiently. This part was a surprise to me, since I hadn't purchased a car in years and it did add to the price. However, I think it was worth it since I tend to keep my cars for 10 years. The last person I met was a manager named "Glen" or "Greg" (?), who was also very nice. This dealership is in my neighborhood. In fact, I walked over to it from my home. I was expecting a very unpleasant experience, but it turned out to be just the opposite. I bought my last car used (27,000 miles) at my former credit union's car sale. It was a 1999 Rav 4. I just gave it to my friend and it's still in good shape at 214,000+ miles. Toyota is a good car. This dealership went out of its way to be courteous and helpful, and yes, I would recommend them to friends. More

My husband and I strongly recommend working with Ryan and Kevin. We first went to the Geary office in the Fall looking at a 4runner. Ryan and his manager, Kevin, always maintained a no pressure sales tactic which we appreciated immensely. Courteous and professional, their follow-through impressed us and was influential in our ultimate decision to purchase on Dec 17. We enjoyed the overall experience so much, we even sent Ryan a Christmas card - you don't hear of that happening ever. Thanks again to Ryan and Kevin. My salesperson, Steven Kwan, is a true professional and I highly recommend him. He and the general sales manager, Russ Mobley, worked hard to find the exact car we were looking for and then went the extra mile to get it to us at a great price. You just can't ask for more.
