Christian Lopez has definitely changed my mind about the dealership experience. His communication and experience has led me to regain my trust in a dealership. I'm surprised he's not higher on the food chai dealership experience. His communication and experience has led me to regain my trust in a dealership. I'm surprised he's not higher on the food chain. I hope his excellent customer service and thorough knowledge of how to relay the message between a tech and customer does not go unnoticed. He will most certainly be our go to guy at CDJR. Sidenote- Gile was also extremely helpful. And the brief conversation I had with him shows his true interests in customer satisfaction. I hope both of these gentlemen get the proper credit they deserve. Its about time a dealership has more employees of this caliber. More
