the service advisor was a bit rude, i’ve had him before and it’s always the same, he is negative and seams like he does not care for any of his costumers, after the initial talk, we walked out to my car, w and it’s always the same, he is negative and seams like he does not care for any of his costumers, after the initial talk, we walked out to my car, while he was getting the milage for my car he put his paper on the roof of my car and wrote down the mileage on it with a fine point pen right on my paint, this really bothered me, i don’t set ANYTHING on my car. secondly there was re-paving going on with black tar asphalt and their tractors were within 2 feet of my car, this really makes me nervous, i am always scared of people getting to close to my car and this that a bad experience for me, the only positive is the technician doing the actual work in my car was very nice and did great work, but i definitely will NOT be back. More
