Worst service experience, no communication Learned that this dealer used a service that cold calls people to come in for service. We were contacted that we needed some recalls done to our Ram truck and made an appointment for the next morning at 10am. We drop off vehicle and call back late in the afternoon to see what the status was. First red flag was that the number I called yesterday is no "now longer in service". No big deal, let me look up the service department online and call that way. The person who picked up scoffed at the notion that it would be done, they have not started. Then began to blame me for bringing it in the middle of the morning when they were fully booked already. I stopped the man and told him that you guys called me and made the appointment as the phone person claimed the schedule was wide open and this service only takes two hours. Then he goes on to proclaim that this service takes several days to complete that they would never promise completion time over the phone. I asked why this was not communicated at the beginning so that I could get a replacement vehicle. I was sitting at the shop waiting for my service to be complete that same day. Needless to say, I asked that I be picked up right away to retrieve my vehicle. Never will be returning for service or purchasing vehicles. More

I hate writing negative reviews, but something needs to be done about the lack of response. I dropped my car off on a Monday, tried calling for two days (with absolutely no answer), before I drove over to be done about the lack of response. I dropped my car off on a Monday, tried calling for two days (with absolutely no answer), before I drove over to find out about my car. Only to be told "Oh it's done, nobody called you?" Then I came back to pick up my car and had to wait 45 minutes for it. Poor customer service. Not enough people to handle the crowd. More
The people are all really nice, but the service is absolutely atrocious. There’s no other way to say it. I’ve been taking my cars there for years only because it’s the closest dealership. This last time they had my car for 2 months, for something that should have only taken a couple of weeks. They make promises and don’t keep them. They offer to “make it up to you” and will wash and detail your car, but when you go pick it up, it’s “I would have washed it if I knew you were coming.” They have an extremely high turnover rate with employees, so when you’re always talking to someone new and having to re-explain the issues with your car when you call in for an update. It’s been that way for years. If you live in the East Bay I would avoid buying a Dodge, Jeep, or Chrysler, just because of the extra headaches involved with getting anything serviced at this dealership. It’s absolutely horrendous. I hate to say it, but they really need to fire everyone and start over. More

I know that y’all deal with a high volume of customers, but you always take care of me and my Wrangler. You seem to employ at least a few senior/very experienced folks, and that goes a long way toward inst but you always take care of me and my Wrangler. The last two times I’ve taken the truck in for maintenance they’ve forgotten to add Def oil. Makes me wonder if they’re actually maintaining the rest of the vehicle as there isn’t any way for me t maintenance they’ve forgotten to add Def oil.
