60,000 mile maintenance I scheduled maintenance on Monday, was told if I could leave vehicle the following Thursday, the work would be done. I dropped vehicle off at 6:30. I scheduled maintenance on Monday, was told if I could leave vehicle the following Thursday, the work would be done. I dropped vehicle off at 6:30. Went to pick it up at 4 pm, it wasn't going to be ready. A rental vehicle was provided. That did involve a 20 minute wait for ride to car rental, a 30 minute wait at car rental. Friday, two phone calls to service were not responded to, so I drove over after work. Was told that vehicle would be ready by time I got back from car rental. Ten minute drive, a wait for 20 minutes at car rental till they could drive me back to DCJR and then a wait in line to pay and pick up vehicle. The "change oil soon" message was still on, even though the oil had been changed. I followed instructions in owner's manual to turn it off to no avail. Went back to DCJR and maintenance crew pumped gas pedal 10 times and succeeded in getting "change oil soon" to go away, and made sure the maintenance indicator said oil is at 100%. More

The only issue was, it took a while at the Service Dept to schedule an appointment and to fix my car issue was because Mechanics were overwhelmed with a lots of cars waiting for repairs they're able to diagnosed my car. Hopefully its fixed as expected. More
Very bad service and communication I had an appointment to service my vehicle but they didn't start working on it until the following next day and was finished almost at closing time. The service manager has what appears to be little to no management ability. When I arrived to pick up my car after the first service appointment, he couldn’t find the keys; my salesman had to find them. D management ability. During the second service issue, I brought the vehicle in for warranty work, the tech was unable to fix it. I was told to come back again, but before I could make that appointment, the service manager called me to say he wouldn’t be able to complete the work at that time because he was shorthanded. I’ve since gotten the car fixed at another dealer and I shall never step foot on San Leandro’s lot again. More

Like I told Rick I been coming to this place for about 5 yeras for my car maintenance everytime it takes minimum 3 hours JUST for a oil change and not only that the costumer service here it's at low level, yeras for my car maintenance everytime it takes minimum 3 hours JUST for a oil change and not only that the costumer service here it's at low level, except for Rick which is the first time that someones shows me that really cares for my needs even though It Took pretty much the same time like always but seeing him constantly checking on my car status and not ignoring me like others do, made a difference today. I totally regret getting the package for my maintenance care here. I'm just waiting to finish all my maintenance package to take my car service to a different place. I consider my self really patience and kind but these place just brings out all my bad sides because you guys makes us feel like you are doing a favor to us but you forget that we are paying a lot of money already for that service in that case IS NOT A FAVOR TO US IS OUR RIGHT. For the record I'm making sure to tell everybody I know what a sucki service you have at the maintenance department. Its is funny because when you go by the car the treatment is totally different here. THANKS! More

Poor customer service once you make a purchase. I only get treated with priority when I come in to shop for a vehicle, not when I come to get vehicle serviced.
