Terrible Customer Service Each time I interact with San Leandro CDJR there is an issue. The main problem relates to lack of clarity and communication. I can call numerous times and my calls are never returned or I get passed around. The customer service is terrible. If someone wants a status update on the service of their vehicle, why not just explain what is wrong and how long it will take to fix. Instead, I get ignored. This has happened on 2 occasions -- once in November shortly after I purchased a car that was sold to me with a mechanical issue and again just last week. More
Service was fine except that I dropped car off on Thursday at 10am. I was told at the time that it would be done that day which surprised me because of published cleaning procedure. The worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with! The service department won’t even call you let alone pick up the phone when you call. The only issue was, it took a while at the Service Dept to schedule an appointment and to fix my car issue was because Mechanics were overwhelmed with a lots of cars waiting for repairs they're able to diagnosed my car.
