Worst service ever. My car was there for over a month and nobody updated me on anything. I kept having to call to get anything done, whenever I was even able to get throu My car was there for over a month and nobody updated me on anything. I kept having to call to get anything done, whenever I was even able to get through. I missed 10 total days of work. Nobody ever returns your call or has any sense of urgency for that matter. Not even a week after my car got “fixed” and the same problem came back even worse after spending over $6000 on a brand new transmission. I just want my car fixed, which San Leandro CDJR seems too incompetent to do so. If I didn’t already have to, I would much rather never have to deal with this establishment at all. This dealership and especially it’s service department has successfully turned me against buying any Dodge Chrysler, Jeep or Ram branded vehicle. I will get rid of my Dodge as soon as I can. More
How long it’s taking to get my car fix. I bought my car in the shop on 10/30/19 for a recall and for my heat not working. I kept calling that day to see if it was ready. My service person said he was waiting for my warranty to approve my claim for the heating system. Finally said to leave my car until the next day maybe the will have it approved. I called back the next day the were still waiting for approval. I told the to give me the warranty phone number. I called hey said they will have Peter call the dealer. I waited for a few more hours and they said they was still waiting for the warranty place to call. The service man said they told him he had to put a claim in on the computer before they can approve. I told him I have to take my car because I will be having surgery on 11/5/19. He said he thought they had the part for my heating system but the didn’t. Said it would take about 2 weeks. They repaired the re-call and I took my car. My service man said they will call my husband when part comes in. After all I went through with my service person he still showed me excellent customer service. This is why I really cannot get upset with him. More

They couldn’t explain to me why only that the parts were not on yet. So why have me come in and wast my time and money. More

Not only did it cost me more money on my new car to get a second oil change, but I had to wait 5 hours in the expre This really a horrible experience. They were short one mechanic, and didn’t offer any compensation to me for the delay and poor service. Also once you buy a new car there, they don’t treat you with respect afterwards. It’s like they sold the car to add to their monthly quota. I would like a refund for my oil change. More

When I called to follow up someone in service asked who told me car would be ready today and placed me on hold for over 40 minutes. I eventually hung up, so I'm in limbo. I've tried calling back 7 times to no avail. They are absolutely incompetent and inept. Every time I called their receptionists failed to listen to the fact I needed a live person in service to help me and transferred me to the general voicemail. More

Inefficient Services and Unprofessional Staffs I do NOT recommend this dealership at all! I have had my car there for repair twice -- neither because I live nearby nor I like this place. When I bought the car at here, they left some extra wires in my car, which was from a tracking device first installed in all cars purchased in this dealership, but I asked them to remove the device. But people here always forgot to remove after every time I told them to do so. Those after-market wires stop me from getting a better service from somewhere else. Basically, I am using my time and money to make up the mistakes they made. Let's talk about what I don't like the most. 1) if you want to make an appointment, you have to drive all the way there! Even though the website gives you a phone number to call, they NEVER pick up the phone or respond to the voice message!! 2) I just had my car for repair recently. It took over 4 WEEKS to change a fuse. HAHA. 3) Extremely impatient, unfriendly, careless, and irresponsible staffs. After waiting for 4 weeks and finally heading to get my car back, they could NOT find my key. Fortunately they eventually found it in an hour. No one apologized for this stupid mistake. No "thank you for waiting".They simply care nothing about their customer. The customer service here is just a joke. My suggestion: if you are looking for dealership to get your car fixed, go somewhere else unless you don't care how long it takes. If you are considering this dealership to buy a car because of the low price (which was why I chose this dealership in the beginning), you better think about the cost of transportation and amount of time that you need to spend on getting a simple service here later on. More
