2-hour service appointment takes 24 hours I checked in at 12:15 for my 12:00 appointment, which required two hours of labor. The vehicle was promised for completion at 3:15. However, there was an extended line of perhaps two dozen vehicles ahead of me, and the service advisor said I should leave it and come back because it may not be completed until late in the afternoon, or perhaps the following day because they were short staffed. He arranged a shuttle to take me home, which I appreciated. The following day, 24 hours later, I was notified the vehicle was complete. Again, the service advisor arranged a shuttle back to the shop. I paid the invoice, and the desk attendant said he would bring the vehicle around to the driveway, where he would turn it over to me. After waiting in the driveway for 10 minutes or so, I went back into the shop where I saw the advisor dealing with other customers. I also saw my vehicle in a service bay. I asked him what was happening, and he said no one could find my car key. I said I would be in the waiting room where he could bring the key when he found it. After another 15-20 minutes, I looked out the window and saw my vehicle in the visitor parking lot. As no service advisor was at the desk, I walked to the vehicle to see if he was still with the vehicle. It was locked, so I returned to the desk. Finally, after waiting some more, I received my key. When I returned to the vehicle and started it, a screen message popped up stating that "oil change required". Although that service had just been performed, the technician had not cleared this message and reset it for the future service. I went back to the service desk - my advisor was not in sight. I finally found an advisor at the vending machine near the parts counter and told him the situation. After five more minutes consulting other employees, he went me back to the vehicle, and after a few minutes the code message was cleared. In my opinion, an appointment should be honored, and the two hours of work should have been completed while I waited. In my opinion, this company is understaffed - there were extended periods where no service advisor was at the service desk. In my opinion, a professional service shop does not lose the key to a vehicle. In my opinion, a technician should clear the computer when a required service is completed. Consequently, I will forward these comments to RAM BusinessLink so they may be able to advise you how to resolve your service deficiencies. More
shortage of staff no one was rude nor inpolite, but when it came down to check in it took at least one hour to get it done since there was only one costumer sevice rep no one was rude nor inpolite, but when it came down to check in it took at least one hour to get it done since there was only one costumer sevice rep helping a long line of costumers, seemed like a good guy but he worked at a snail pase and so jaded that I felt sorry for him because I can tell management doesn't do jack sh*t to help him out. This location needs to go under a new management asap. More

Car sat for 4 days and nothing was done. I took my vehicle in for a issue with the Lifters and they claimed they couldn't hear it (even though it's as clear as day). They test drove the car and then it sat for 4 days. I never received a call informing me of the completion and in fact i had to call them multiple times! Calling them was no easy feat either. I left multiple messages, never got a response and i called several times and got no answer, i was left on hold for 40 min (i hung up) and when i finally got someone they were standoffish and seemed irritated i called them. This is unacceptable i and i expect better service. All it would have taken is pressing 10 numbers on a phone and 4 words (your car is done). More
Customer service/tire repair About a month ago I bought 2 tires due to flats the right rear is the one that I have an issue with. I feel as though I shouldn't have to pay for another repair of the same tire that I bought a month ago, it still should be under warranty. More
Four trips to dealer to find there was no problem. I took my car for an oil change. The tech who did the oil change discoverers oil on the transmission housing suggesting some type of leak. I was told to bring the car back by 8am the following tuesday. I brought the car back on Tuesday and since I heard nothinh, I called back at five when I was finally able to reach the service adviser. I was told they wanted to put some dye in to help find the leak and they would have the car ready between 9 and 10. The service adviser was not in on Wednesday so a different adviser helped me. He said the car was not ready that they had to wash the bottom of the engine and put in the dye. Finally the car was ready to drive 100 miles and bring it back. On Thursday at 11am I brought the car back and was told they were too busy to look at it, being it back first thing on friday. I got there at 7am and fortunate for me I got the service manager Jose to help me. I explained my situation with this now being my fourth day back. He immediately had the car put up on the rack and inspected it himself. Since I had been very patient up to this point he immediately apologized for the situation, since I purchased the maintenance agreement that I did, I know as any one who is customer focused that he was more than likely embarrased. I hope that in the future I will be lucky enough to get Jose, he was able to inspect the car and have me on my way in an hour. I understand there is a lot of work happening in your shop, but I can't believe after doing what I was told to do that they were too busy to look at the vehicle. Four days of my time and inconvenience of not having a car is extremely frustrating. More

When I checked in my vehicle, that alone took 45 minutes and I was only the 4th person in line. I told the service writer I wanted my wheel rotated and that the wheel lock was in the Glove compartment. I waited at the dealer for my vehicle. When i got my vehicle back,after 2 hours and 45 minutes, The tires were not rotated and in the comments area, It said that the lock key was not available. After I got home, I checked all the fluids that all had been topped off per the service notes, yet my washer fluid took another 1/2 gallon and the power stearing fluid lid had dust on it and it was easy to see that it was not touched. Needless to say, I'm not happy. Also the reminder sticker was never replaced as the service document clearly said several times. More
