I really wish these ratings had a minus number because there's nothing on the positive side for Sanderson Ford! I've purchased many vehicles over the past 60 years but have never been treated as badly as there's nothing on the positive side for Sanderson Ford! I contacted their Internet Sales Dept and promptly as well as several times, I received an email from the Internet Sales MGR, Jim Sommer. After explaining my difficult financial situation and fear of credit score dropping from inquiries, Jim assured me that since they deal with '40-50' financial institutions that financing would be found. Two days later, responding to MY email, he responded he found ONE bank but down pmt was really high (over $1900). I advised displeasure in that deal and asked him to keep looking. Three days later I sent an email for a status and no response. No response two more times. I NEVER heard back from him. Guess he wanted an 'easy' commission as opposed to actually having to 'work' for it!! Save yourself some time and agony and avoid this dealership! There are many others in the valley where the potential customer/customer is treated with respect! They're out there, believe me. More

I took my truck in for 3 recall items to be fixed, and while it was there an oil change. They told me it would take an entire day due to the recall items. I was surprised that after purchasing a $75,000 v while it was there an oil change. They told me it would take an entire day due to the recall items. I was surprised that after purchasing a $75,000 vehicle I was not provided with a rental car for the day, and had to pay for it. I would think that since it was in their shop an entire day due to recall issues they would at least give me a loaner car or pay for my rental. My friend having non recall work done on her Dodge was given a free loaner, and every time my moms Lexus goes into the shop, they actually come and pick it up for her. Shame on Ford for being to cheap to take care of their good customers when a vehicle is being worked on due to their mistakes! More
