I have been very impressed by the level of professionalism from the sales department. After being low-balled on our trade by another dealer, Sandia Toyota really stepped up to at least offer w professionalism from the sales department. After being low-balled on our trade by another dealer, Sandia Toyota really stepped up to at least offer what we felt was a reasonable trade for our car. We bought our truck from Brendan and he was great and down to Earth! The service department is great as well. They hire factory trained technicians and I know that results in better service and less headaches when I do have to take my Toyota into the shop (which is pretty rare compared to other cars). I highly recommend this dealer!!! More

My Adviser David Carr quoted me a price of $1432 to replace power steering assembly. He call me back and asked if he could keep the car longer as the mechanic broke the bolts trying to remove the power replace power steering assembly. He call me back and asked if he could keep the car longer as the mechanic broke the bolts trying to remove the power steering assembly. I agreed to leave my Toyota 4 Runner. I told him since the mechanic they the bolts any further cost would be on them. When I went to pay for my 4Runner I was charged $3050.13. I told him that’s not the quote he gave me. I have a paper where the quote is written. He denied that he ever quoted me $1432. I would avoid working with the advisor David Carr. Harold More
