Beware! This dealership uses deceptive sales practices and worse! They sold me a vehicle with frame damage, which they refused to put in writing, and the v This dealership uses deceptive sales practices and worse! They sold me a vehicle with frame damage, which they refused to put in writing, and the vehicle should have been salvaged (totalled) but they sold it to us as a vehicle in good working order, because, as the salesman said, "if you can't see the damage, why worry about it." The salesman also changed numbers on the sales paperwork AFTER I signed it and before he returned my copies, which is probably illegal. There's more, but you get the idea. When we returned the vehicle within 2 days, the owner himself only wanted to write VOID on our copies of the sales and finance papers instead of on his originals, and then give us a copy of that. Scam after scam after scam. The local TV news, the newspaper, the FTC and the Attorney General of NM should know about our experience. More

Typical New Car Buying Experience Having bought many new vehicles over the years I can't really say LHM is exceptional when it comes to sales. I liked the salesman, Matt Ebbens, whom Having bought many new vehicles over the years I can't really say LHM is exceptional when it comes to sales. I liked the salesman, Matt Ebbens, whom I found to be honest, hardworking and all-around good guy but beyond that nothing noteworthy in my mind to rate the dealership above average. The main reason LHM got a sale is because of Matt. Since I did replace a Toyota I have used LHM shop for needed maintenance in the past and found it to be a well oiled machine with quality work. More
