Twice in a Row - THREE HOURS for a simple service The only explanation I got is that they were seriously over booked. I got there right on time for my appointment and watched as my truck sat there and The only explanation I got is that they were seriously over booked. I got there right on time for my appointment and watched as my truck sat there and others moved around it to be serviced. Finally, they moved it aside so it wasn't in their way. It sat there for two hours. It would have sat there longer, but when the receptionist told me they were doing the multipoint inspection, I pointed out that that was not possible as they had not even started on it. When I expressed my disappointment at having my time wasted, I was twice told, "I'm sorry you feel that way", as if the problem was my response to the situation. More
