Miller) for a long time for preventive maintenance and repairs for both our 2000 Tacoma and 2004 RAV. The employees at this dealership have always been courteous, professional and honest. We have been using this dealership so long they are almost like an extended family. There have never been any hidden costs and the bill is always exactly what they quote you up front. Yes, vehicle maintenance and repairs can be costly (especially the labor), however, you know that you are getting the job done right at Larry H. Miller and eventually saving money on potentially more costly repairs down the road if you follow a strict maintenance schedule and make timely repairs. Other reviewers complain about how long it takes to get their vehicles serviced. Quite frankly, I really don't want the mechanics and technicians to rush the job so I don't mind the wait. Today, for example, I spent over 5 hours in the lobby while they worked on my Tacoma. Ms. Munoz kept me informed as to the progress of my vehicle repairs and I never felt like I had been forgotten. When my wife got off work she met me at the dealership and we ended up having a very nice discussion with Mr. Chad Patterson who we learned was on the Larry H. Miller sales team. My wife wants to purchase a new RAV at the end of the year and Mr. Patterson spent time explaining the new RAV, financing options, etc. Mr. Patterson was very knowledgeable, answered all of our questions and respected the fact that we were not quite ready to purchase a new vehicle. We really enjoyed our conversation with Mr. Patterson and were very impressed with his knowledge of the Toyota line. It is because of employees like Ms. Munoz and Mr. Patterson why we will keep coming back to Larry H. Miller to maintain our vehicles and to purchase a new RAV later on this year. And yes, we will be asking Mr. Patterson to assist us with this purchase. Good job Larry H. Miller! More

Great service I took my wife's Highlander to Brake Masters to have them replace the rear main seal. Brake Masters did a disastrous job on the vehicle.
